Reason for becoming a Certified Women’s Health Instructor:
I am very passionate about helping women make educated decisions on how to follow a whole foods plant-based diet lifestyle to take control of their own health and improve their quality of life. It is my mission to teach this material to people who speak English or Spanish. As Albert Einstein said, “Those who have the privilege to know have the duty to act.” It is then my mission to spread this message based on science far and wide!
