Beverly has impacted thousands of individuals and many organizations through her unique training and coaching technique. She trains, lectures, and works with individuals, churches, schools, doctor’s offices, Military personnel, corporate administrations and fitness clubs to educate individuals on how to have a more fulfilled life and optimal health through proper nutrition, lifestyle and dietary habits.
Beverly has a Masters in Professional Counseling which enables her to connect with clients on a more profound level. She also has a Bachelors’ Degree in Social Work from Florida A&M University. Beverly is a Certified Health Coach who understands the spiritual and scientific connection between nutrition and health. She possesses invaluable insight into the relationship between diet, lifestyle habits, and degenerative diseases. She has studied personally with Dr. Pam Popper, one of the world’s leading experts on health and nutrition.
Beverly is Founder/owner of Premier Health + Wellness Consulting, LLC (PH+W). Her mission is to educate and empower people to make informed decisions to be healthier spiritually, mentally, and physically through health and nutrition education, which will improve and enhance their quality of life. PH+W bridges the gap of what we should do and what we actually do through the unique techniques which enable clients to take control of their health before it takes control of them.
Beverly is a Retired Army Captain. She enlisted into the Army as an Operating Room Technician. She was an Air Defense Artillery Officer, a Signal Corps Officer where she was the Aide-de-Camp to the Deputy Commanding General of the United States Army Signal Center at Fort Gordon, Georgia. Her military awards are numerous and include the Bronze Order of Mercury and the Bronze Star Medal.
She enjoys reading, traveling with her husband Johnny of 15 years, empowering and educating others.
