I presently work as Geographic Information System specialist with the fire department in my city. After my transition to plant-based lifestyle, I have completed the Plant-Based Nutrition Certificate from eCornell. I have a YouTube Channel “Just Eat Plants” where I share my plant-based recipes. My goal is to open the eyes of more people to the advantages of following the plant-based lifestyle.
