Reason for becoming a Certified Food Over Medicine Instructor
I have personally witnessed the power of food in improving the quality of life and alleviating symptoms of and sometimes reversing chronic diseases that my wife and my patients had, and have spoken to quite a few people that have done the same – diseases such as coronary artery disease, cardiac arrhythmias, liver and renal disease, arthritis, diabetes, high blood pressure, eye pain, migraines, various immune-mediated diseases, epilepsy and cancer. I wanted to learn as much as I could so I would be better equipped to help people and their pets with chronic problems that modern medicine is simply incapable of curing with drugs and procedures.
