Due to significant health issues, I participated in a lifestyle program offered locally in April, 2011. It emphasized eating plant based foods, minimally processed in place of SAD (Standard American Diet). From my initial results, I made the decision to embrace this health promoting lifestyle.
Reason for becoming a Certified Food Over Medicine Instructor:
Being healed from several debilitating illnesses has inspired my quest for ongoing education into diet and lifestyle. Becoming a Wellness Forum Health member has been an invaluable experience not only in supplying me with the most up to date health information, it’s motivated me to share this knowledge with others as a FOM Certified Instructor.
