Background:
I have always been interested in my health, being an active mother of three. I hit some health problems in 2011, after which I was exposed to some awesome information, from the documentary Forks Over Knives and some amazing doctors associated with that film, such as Dr. Popper and McDougall. Since changing my diet to align with that information, all of my health issues are now resolved and I can go back to being an active participant in my life and the lives of my children.
I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology and am a Doctoral candidate as well as holding certifications in Plant Based Nutrition, Starch Certificate, Women’s Health, and the FOK Cooking sessions.
