Background

I am an Assistant Professor of physics and my journey in the field of physics has been one of intellectual curiosity, and I have a deep passion for understanding the fundamental principles that govern our universe.

In addition to my academic qualification, I am also a certified meditation teacher and emotion code practitioner. With my own experience, I recognized the importance of holistic well-being, and I embarked on a path of studying mindfulness and its effects on mental and emotional states. With these certifications, I am equipped with the tools to guide individuals through the challenges of their emotional landscapes, teaching them techniques to find balance, reset emotions, and cultivate inner peace. The fusion of my scientific background and mindfulness expertise enables me to approach teaching with a unique perspective.

Why do I want to become a Certified Food Over Medicine Instructor?

In addition to mindfulness and emotional balance, food plays a fundamental role in holistic well-being. Food isn’t just about satisfying hunger; it is a vital aspect of overall wellness. Our family began the journey into whole-food, plant-based, low-fat diet about 5 years ago, and we had a huge transformation in our health. Ever since then, I never looked back, and now, by becoming a Food Over Medicine Instructor, I would like to be part of a community who can educate individuals about how their dietary choices impact their health, and who can empower them to take responsibility for their health. This empowerment can lead to better decision-making, increased self-confidence, and a greater sense of responsibility for their well-being.
