Born and raised in Southern California, moved to Northern California when I got married. On to Las Vegas where we raised three wonderful children, and now in Sarasota to enjoy a healthy lifestyle for an enjoyable journey of longevity. As a university professor for over three decades, I am a lifelong learner and sharer of information. I believe in Food over Medicine, always have.
