Reason
for Becoming a Certified Women’s Health Instructor:
Over
the years, I have experienced some health challenges of my own. I was also
introduced to juicing in my late twenties which was the beginning of my
interest in holistic applications, as a way to improve my health with minimal
pharmaceuticals. Additionally, I began to realize the correlation between
physical/mental health and nutrition from my work as a private practitioner. I
saw better results for my clients seeking mental health services when plant
based nutrition was part of the treatment plan and there was a collaborative
effort to medications. I love teaching and empowering women towards healthy
lifestyles!
